Made with cotton or flannel materials, the neck pillows are filled with organic flax seed and hand harvested lavender buds with a removal/washable cover. Squeeze the neck pillow for a few seconds to evenly emit the lavender aroma and then place on the back of your neck. To use as a cold compress, put the pillow with cover in a baggie into the freezer until it reaches the coolness desired. (Do not get the inner cover wet.) The inner pillow only can be heated in the microwave in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is achieved. Measurements are approximately 5” x20”. Patterns vary.
